Having responsibility across multiple job families (eg. Quality Assurance & Quality Control)Having direct reports (or dotted line reports)Being responsible for regional or product line scopeAdvising Functional Managers or other Functions regarding approaches, processes and procedures in the own fieldHandling communication with direct colleagues and the business about approach and methods for solving complex problemsLeading as a project leader of medium sized projects or is a major contributor to bigger projects Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will:
