Partner with the best As a Supplier Fulfillment Manager you will be the main point of contact for Suppliers for all activities related to the execution of the direct materials supplies. You'll work with Suppliers to ensure On Time Delivery for goods and related documents and to identify and implement continuous development programs for improving their performances, capacity and capability.
You will be accountable to solve complex problems, execute objectives, and support short-term / long-term business goals. Ensure business strategies are followed for fulfillment, quality in order to deliver on time customer's orders, with the proper quality. You will demonstrate leadership in communicating business goals, programs, and processes for the product / commodity managed.
As a Supplier Fulfillment Manager, you will be responsible for:
Collaborating with Suppliers and supporting relevant Service Provider to ensure On Time Delivery for all documentations associated with the materials suppliedInteracting with the Platform Procurement Organization to provide regular feedback about supplier performances to refine the supplier strategyCooperating with Suppliers, Manufacturing Operations, Project Managers, Quality and Engineering to define preventing actions, recovery plans and keeping all main metrics into the system updatedGiving the visibility to Internal customer on Supplier plan, preventing and managing priorities and criticalities to ensure Manufacturing and Sales PlanSupporting the execution of risk mitigation plan related to supplier criticalities and Manufacturing / Project Management urgencies, coordinating with Material Management to support Inventory managementPartnering with Quality to support supplier surveillance and on time issues resolution, cooperating with Logistic team to generate transportation best plan to minimize cost and improve efficiencySupporting both Vendor Recovery negotiations & results and Account Payable resolutionSupporting key procurement initiatives through continuous improvement projects.Ensuring supplier compliance with regulatory and reputation requirementsFuel your passion To be successful in this role you will:
Show a good experience in Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain and / or CommercialDemonstrate the ability to quickly learn new products and business areasHave experience in managing multiple priorities and stakeholders in a complex working environmentBe a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to solving problemsShow an analytical approach to problem-solving and be motivated and focused on results.Be fluent in English (Italian knowledge is also preferred) and hold an EU passportHave a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Finance or alternative MBA.Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
