For further details, we kindly invite you to follow us on Linkedin to stay updated with the latest job opportunities.PositionOur client, a global market leader, is currently looking for a:Legal and Compliance SpecialistKey Responsibilities:• Consulting and handling all corporate legal processes• Developing company policy and positioning on legal issues• Researching, anticipating and protecting the company from legal risks• Provide guidance to management and ensure compliance with rules and regulations• Structuring, drafting and reviewing reports and other legal documents• Representing the company in legal proceedings before Administrative Bodies.• Draft and administration of all contracts• Negotiating agreements and attending company meetings• Risk assessment preparation and regular interviews with key functions properly documented• Trade and GDPR compliance Requirements• Demonstrable knowledge of corporate law (contract law, tax law, bankruptcy, insurance, intellectual property rights, licensing, zoning law, data protection law, labour law, etc..)• Ability to communicate and influence at all levels within the organisation with excellent presentation skills and the ability to prepare high standard written reports with metrics• Computer skills• Qualified Lawyer• Ideally Master of LawsLocation: Milan Other informationInterested people should send a detailed Curriculum Vitae, with the necessary written consent to holding their personal dataThis company is an equal opportunities employer.
