We are looking for a Legal Assistant to work in the Legal Affairs Unit. Make first analysis of assigned legal questions, including case-research where necessary; Draft preliminary answers, highlighting options and legal risks attached to them; Make necessary adjustments on the basis of the legal officer/Team Leader feedback; For pre-litigation files, assess the first decision taken and allegations brought against it; Assess relevant case-law; Prepare drafts for internal consultation and replies to complaints.
