You'll ensure integrity and compliance standards are upheld while articulating legal considerations clearly to stakeholders.Please note that is a fixed term contract (1 year).Your primary responsibilities will include:Providing legal assistance to local teams and enabling functions.Reviewing and advising on all legal aspects of promotional materials, ensuring compliance with local legislation.Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing contracts across various domains.Offering general legal advice, including on antitrust issues and employment matters.Supporting in the management of litigation and dispute resolution.Establishing and maintaining compliance standards based on internal policies and local regulations.What You'll Bring to Alcon:Education: Master's Degree in Law and Bar AdmissionExperience: 4-7 years in pharma, medical device companies, or law firms assisting such companies.Skills: Fluent in English, strong legal acumen, and familiarity with compliance standards.Behaviors: Proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented.How You Can Thrive at Alcon:Autonomy: Take ownership of legal and compliance matters, driving impactful outcomes.Challenging Work: Tackle complex legal issues and contribute to shaping the future of eye health.Team Environment: Collaborate with diverse teams globally, fostering a culture of excellence.
