We are looking for a Legal Administrative Assistant to work in the Legal Affairs Unit. Responsabilità - give administrative support to the LA Team; - monitor of the functional mailbox and prompt informing of colleagues concerned; - provide administrative support (fixing meetings, disseminating communications, preparing presentation material, providing customer follow-up services, etc.); - update monitoring tools and support the Team Leader in the prioritisation of tasks and general coordination of the assignments; - provide support for the engagement activities organised by the Team.
