A few examples of your responsibilitiesNegotiate, draft, review, and manage commercial contracts with vendors and partners, including confidentiality, consulting, licensing, marketing, SaaS, and other technology-related agreements.Assist with global product development and launches, including drafting external communications, legal terms, and policies.Partner cross-functionally and provide practical legal advice and risk mitigation strategies on a broad range of commercial, technology, product, marketing, intellectual property, consumer protection, regulatory, and employment matters.Build and improve scalable tools and workflows to support our high-growth business, including creating and updating forms, playbooks, and training materials.Proactively identify and address business needs with an ownership mindset, seeking out new opportunities to unlock value for the company.Collaborate with outside counsel in Italy and abroad.Stay up to date on relevant legal and regulatory developments.What we look for Passion. Individuals just starting their career are offered a salary of €52,246 along with a €1,200 welfare bonus. If you already have a few years of relevant work experience, you can expect to earn between €63,965 and €143,330, depending on your expertise. As you gain experience and increase your impact, compensation can grow rapidly. Bending Spoons is an extremely demanding environment. We're highly ambitious and we ask a lot of ourselves and our teammates, so you're likely to work harder here than at most companies, and to regularly push yourself beyond your comfort zone. While this tends to drive tremendous learning and lead to fantastic achievements, it can also be stressful.
We're uncompromising on our standard of excellence. The vast majority of Spooners stay for years and have amazing careers here. However, it can also happen that an individual doesn't contribute at the rate we look for. In such cases, we support the Spooner in their efforts to make the necessary improvements, but will counsel them to leave if they don't manage to do so.
