Legal Specialist

We are an international multi-brand Company located in Grandate (CO). We are currently seeking an experienced full-time Legal Specialist. The candidate will be part of our legal team in a dynamic and international environment, directly reporting to the Group General Counsel of the Company, and will be responsible for all the following activites: Support of the legal team in different legal and corporate matters; Negotiation and drafting of national, international, intercompany and general commercial contracts (as a mere example: NDA, MOU, distributorship agreement, license agreement supply and manufacturing agreement…); Day to day responsibility for providing an accurate and timely legal advice on commercial and contractual matters related to the baby care products; Preparing of legal statements in relation to the products for company the local authorities of different countries; Working closely with different departments of the company and more precisely with business, sales, compliance and regulatory teams providing all necessary legal support and cooperation; Support for the development of the company's retail network and drafting and review of the relevant documentation; Support to internal and external teams for M&A and other extraordinary transactions; Handling internal and external requests and coordinating external lawyers. Profile Master's degree in law; Admission to the bar will be considered as a plus; At least 5 years of post-qualification experience ideally in Consumers Goods or Retail industry; Work experience in a multi-cultural or international environment will be considered as a plus; Italian mother tongue, excellent knowledge of English language both written and spoken and good language abilities in other languages preferably Russian, French, German or Chinese; Strong communicative and organizational skills; Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
