Leading Italian high-end design furniture company Legal Department Il nostro clienteLeading Italian high-end design furniture companyRuoloThe Legal Specialist is responsible for ensuring, also in a complex ad very demanding context, the compliance with the applicable law and, in the same time, with the internal Policies and Procedures as concerns all the activities/projects/ issues in which she/he will be involved. CONTRACT: Draft (from scratch or on the basis of existing templates and standards), review and analyse a broad range of contracts (such as: ICT agreements; LoI, memorandum of understanding; NDA; distribution agreement, designs/models licenses agreement, marketing & public relation agreements, Supply and Services agreement, Agency Agreement, Terms&Conditions, etc); Draft post-Agreement documents (letters, addendum/amendment, settlement Agreement, etc.); Customize/modify contracts based on the needs of the internal client/support the internal client in negotiation phase with the clients and the suppliers; Archive all the legal documentation and prepare reports. IP: Provide Legal advice on trademark protection and on intellectual property; Work closely with external counsel/Law firm on IP issues for protecting and enforcing the Company's intellectual property rights around the globe; Supports external counsel on preparation, filing, and prosecution of patent/trademark application and with anti-counterfeiting activities. DATA PROTECTION LAW: Give legal advice for all European Group Companies about Data Protection Law; monitor constantly the applicable Laws updates and the provisions of the competent Authorities; monitor the correct implementation of the data protection documents (such as: Data Protection Procedures and Guidelines, Cookie and Privacy Policy for the Company web-sites; Information Privacy Notice with consents formula; Data Processing Agreement; etc). Il candidato prescelto Qualifications Law Degree. Qualified Italian Lawyer is not necessary but could be a plus. Required skills & experience From 3 to 6-years in a reputable law firm or as in-house legal specialist in a large organisation.
