Legal Specialist

We are looking for a smart and passionate Legal Specialist to join a dynamic and innovative work environment, with the goal of leading the digitalization strategy of the company's legal processes.Main Activities:• Oversee the implementation, development, and maintenance of the Contract Lifecycle Management tool (CLM) and generally managing the digitalization process of the legal department.• Providing legal advice, including in the field of privacy.• Assisting in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with clients, suppliers, and partners, including but not limited to contracts for procurement, sales conditions, distribution contracts, agency contracts, confidentiality agreements, etc. This also includes guarantees and banking obligations.
