The Italian Multiple Sclerosis Society and its Foundation (AIMS/FISM) is looking for aLIFE SCIENCE PROGRAM MANAGER - GOVERNANCE & STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT Main responsibilities Dimensions of Responsibility:Reporting directly to the Director of Scientific Research, the Life Science Project Manager will play a pivotal role in managing and engaging internal and external stakeholders. This includes measuring and communicating projects and initiatives across public, private, and non-profit sectors, fostering multi-stakeholder engagement with a significant impact on patients, citizens, organizations, and territories. The role involves managing life science-related projects and programs through innovative participatory models of responsible research innovation (RRI)applied by the Italian MS Society.Core activities:Management of life science-related projects and programmes through innovative participatory models of responsible research innovation (RRI);Lead and collaborate on complex stakeholders engagements in the Health and Life Sciences sector, with particular focus on people living with the disease and citizens;Proactively propose and develop methodologies to fulfill programmatic needs.Candidate profile Experience and skills required:Knowledge of Responsible Research and Innovation discipline and methods to governing research and innovation (R&I) at the European level;Significant experience of managing engagement with one or more of the stakeholder cohort referred to above and statutory bodies on major high profile public sector infrastructure or regeneration projects;Experience in health and social science is highly desirable: brain disorders; multiple sclerosis; psychology behind engagement, patient reporting measures (PROMs/PPI/PREMs ); digital technologies applied to communication and engagement;Experience in developing and successfully implementing stakeholder engagement plans;Essential experience in a health research or healthcare-related field;Desirable experience in patient and citizens' engagement in research, reporting outcomes, and/or digital patient engagement.Education and qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Scientific disciplines and/or Business Administration is essential;Higher research degree (MSc or PhD) in biomedical, healthcare, or health policy is desirable;#J-18808-Ljbffr
