At MYTILINEOS, we foster a culture of resilience, challenge, respect, excellence, and change, empowering our diverse workforce to achieve remarkable outcomes.We are currently looking for Logistics Coordinators (on-site) to join our M Renewables team in Italy, part of our subsidiary METKA EGN, in different locations (Campagna, Sardegna, Lazio), where we are going to construct solar photovoltaic parks. The logistics coordinators will be part of the team and will work towards the successful completion of the project.Your role will encompass: Manages and assists with unloading of inbound trucks and stores in warehouse cooler immediately Manages and assists with organization of materials in the Storage area to prevent any losses Manages and assists assembly and staging of material orders for presale and onboard sales routes Manages and assists loading delivery vehicles Ensures order documentation and product receipt is executed according to Local procedures Ensures Storage is kept clean and orderly Processes product returns and disposal of outdated product Assists and supports Logistic Manager with local inventory reconciliation Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc Immediately reports accidents or injuries to management. Inspects storage racks, pallet jack, Site equipment and other equipment as scheduled.What you bring to the role:Proven experience as logistics coordinator Experience in customer service will be appreciated Knowledge of laws, regulations and ISO requirements Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes Know to operate Microsoft office is a plus but not required. Driving licence is Essential. Good level of English and Italian 3+ years of warehouse experience as a supervisor. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Direct experience and certification with materials handling equipment including pallet jack and forklift.
