M&A And Corporate Finance Analyst

The candidate will handle the following tasks: Preparation of market analysis, investment memorandums, and update monthly group cash flow models; Semi-annual updating of financial valuation models; Execution of commitments arising from Project Finance agreements. In this context, the M&A and Corporate Finance Analyst will coordinate the activities with all the counterparts involved, specifically: law firms, banks, insurance companies, technical and fiscal advisors; Assist the preparation of annual budget; Contribution on the implementation of quarterly reporting systems; Prepare presentations and financial models for internal reporting and communication to shareholders; Assist in evaluating new investment opportunities across different renewable energy technologiesAnalysis and implementation of new project financing facilities.
