Maintenance Technician On Shift M/F

Following detailed procedures, also with supporting images, and working mainly in collaboration, carries out operational activities related to preventive maintenance of the lines.Acts in compliance with the planning defined in collaboration by Industrial Performance Management, Engineering and the Maintenance structure (Team Leader and Equipment Engineer), follows the operational indications of the Shift Leader, his hierarchical superior, in order to respect the PM plan and reduce machine downtime.Relies on the support of the maintenance structure's skills for more complex or out-of-procedure interventions.Performs machine requalification activities and tests the equipment control plan (ECP) of tools after maintenance interventions.Carries out activities such as: verification of machine values/parameters, control and functioning of parts, procedural washings. Works on multiple types of machines under the supervision of the shift supervisor.Performs simple preventive maintenance (PM) - e.g. bottle replacement, cleaning, regeneration... - according to the defined scheduling and following the provided procedures.Uses dedicated software for tracking maintenance activities.Profile Hold lower secondary education degree preferably oriented on industrial maintenance,electronics, electrical engineering or automation.Previous experience as a shift operator in similar production contexts (electronics, pharmaceuticals, mechanical engineering) - preferredHave a good understanding of Safe Working and 5S PracticesGood communication skills, both verbal and writtenEnglish level to understand technical documentationSkills in electrical engineering / electronics (signal processing)Open-mindedness (very wide field of activities and interventions)Rigorous/serious, honest, responsible and matureSmart and goal orientedFlexible, adaptable to needs and be able to take decisions following continuous inputsBe computer literateBe disciplined, motivated and willing to work in a teamJob location 3 - Upper secondary education diplomaLess than 2 yearsLanguages Requester 01/03/2024General information Reference 2024-40364 Reference 2024-40364Job level You may be interested in these vacancies#J-18808-Ljbffr
