Our emphasis is on handling significant and sophisticated cases to ensure successful prosecutions. Partial list of job duties: Lead fraud investigations, tackling highly sophisticated cases involving organized criminal groups and online activities.Contribute to the development of investigative policies and procedures, conducting cyber-related investigations, performing forensic analyses on computers, and offering investigative support to law enforcement.Swiftly respond to and investigate computer and cyber-related crimes, frauds, threats, and risks to enhance business continuity and mitigate losses.Collect and compile evidence, document investigative activity in the case management system, and assist in the forensic examination of various materials and equipment.Extract and analyze data to uncover patterns, trends, and evidence, interview victims, claimants, witnesses, suspects, and potential suspects.Collaborate with local and national law enforcement agencies for effective investigation and prosecution of crimes.Work on fraud prevention initiatives, including delivering fraud awareness training, and collaborate on fraud investigations with counterparts at other organizations.Collect intelligence about criminal networks or organized groups involved in financial crimes.May participate in sting operations and collaborate with internal groups to minimize the risk and exposure to fraud for the company, assessing risks and identifying security weaknesses.On-call duty is required 24 hours a day.Ideal candidates will have: At least 10+ years' experience in law enforcement and/or investigative work on financial crimes. Bachelor's or master's degree is a plus. Preferred fields of study include business, criminal justice, and social sciences. Certificate also in cyber/criminal/investigative/forensics/OSINT/SQL related matters is preferable. International staff must be proficient in English, both in conversation and in reading and writing.Italian Fluent.Must be highly skilled in the technique of assembling a case for prosecutors including the gathering of evidence, summarizing findings in well documented/well written reports and understanding the Company's privacy code regarding the release of information.
