We are looking for a Manager Development Optimization (m/f/d) to work with us shaping tomorrow's European green energy landscape.Manage the development of an approach for integrating energy storage into the renewable energies portfolio:Work closely with key internal and external stakeholders to remain at the forefront of understanding of key requirements for energy storage in the Italian market (i.e. regulatory, TSO, technology requirements, market openings, etc.)Closely engage with the onshore development teams in Italy to identify needsDrive the development of the integration involving experts across multiple departments (e.g., commercial, legal, engineering, etc.)Co-lead first project implementations and subsequently make the approach ready for scaleCooperate, communicate with and consult internal and external key stakeholders for storage development, including key executives, with support of managementCreate proposals that support the objectives of the department, setting goals, scope, timeline, budget, KPIs, etc.Communicate the initiatives proactively and effectively within the company, disseminating progress/ findings and gathering additional ideasDevelop renewable energy projects with new technologies in collaboration with the development team of the respective country from early stage origination through to the investment decision and handover to the construction teamConduct initial profitability analyses of projectsDraw up schedules & support the approval processes as part of scheduling for the entire project in coordination with the local development team's project managerPrepare all documents required for project approvalRepresent the organisation and projects outside the company and develop and maintain a network to relevant stakeholdersYour profileSuccessfully completed university degree in energy technology, engineering, business administration, renewable energy, science or related subject3-4 years professional experience in project development or project management – ideally in renewables development – gained in ItalyIdeally has field experience developing renewable energy projects, including knowledge of land acquisition requirements, grid application requirements, and permitting requirements.Very good analytical skillsSolution oriented and independent working styleExcellent team-player with very good interpersonal and communication skillsFluent in written and spoken English and Italian with other languages (out of German, Spanish, French, Polish, Swedish, Dutch) being a plusWillingness to travel on regular basis within Italy and rest of Europerwe.com/career Apply now with just a few clicks: ad code 86031Any questions?
