Assist in developing and implementing plans and goals for the departmentWork with the director to coordinate and supervise daily operationsEnsure compliance with regulations and internal policiesMonitor attainment of objectivesBusiness travel organization for the Director and the executivesUndertake staffing responsibilities (hiring, training, evaluating etc.)Maintain scheduling of events and represent the company when neededCreate reports and submit them to the director or other executivesFulfill duties as assigned by the directorAssisting the director with planning and implementing strategies.Assisting the director with projects and initiatives by completing assigned tasks.Monitoring activities assigned to other staff members, if requested.If requested, building and maintaining positive relationships with management, staff, the community and with all the stakeholdersAssisting the director to establish and enforce budgets, timelines, and metrics.Organizing and filing documents, taking notes, and delivering messages to the director.Presenting department information to shareholders.Scheduling, organizing, and participating in company and community events.The candidate must meet the following requirements:
Fluent english / English mother tongue – Fluent Italian – Other languages represent additional valueProficient in MS OfficeOutstanding communication and public speaking skillsExcellent organizational and leadership skillsAptitude in problem-solvingA good working knowledge of business regulations, standards, and procedures.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Computer literacyGood organizational skills
