As Manufacturing Engineering Manager you will have the opportunity to apply a Continuous Improvement approach, bringing experience and researching for technological innovation in our fast-paced Manufacturing function. Here are some responsibilities you will have:Evaluate manufacturing processes based on quality criteria, such as efficiency and speedStudy production and machine requirementsDevelop and test effective automated and manual systemsDesign and install equipmentOrganize and manage manufacturing workflows and resourcesIntegrate disparate systems (e.g. equipment handling, transport)Optimize facility layouts, production lines, machine operations and network performanceResolve issues and delays in productionFind ways to reduce costs and maximize qualityTrain staff in new and existing processesCollaborate with other engineers, contractors and suppliersEnsure that manufacturing procedures follow safety and environmental regulationsUpgrade systems and processes with new technologyMonitor the entire production cycle and perform regular tests to identify potential malfunctions as early as possiblePORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATEEach and every one of us lives, breathes and shapes the success of the company.
