ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOB We are looking for a motivated Manufacturing Engineer to join us at our Plant in Barberini (PE). The role involves defining and promoting projects for continuous improvement of methods and technologies, supporting new product introductions, and defining development plans in digital and automation fields. Responsibilities: Provide technical support for technology, processes, and equipment Organize and manage manufacturing workflows and resources Propose upgrades to systems and processes Develop manufacturing and testing processes for new products Support standardization of processes and materials Collaborate with quality, other departments, contractors, and suppliers PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE If you have an Mechanical or Material Engineering degree, 3-5 years of experience, good analytical skills, flexibility, great communication, organizational skills, and fluency in English, you could be the perfect candidate for this role.
