Partner with the bestIn this role you'll be part of the newly created Technology and Improvement Team for Modules in Avenza Plant (ITA). You'll be a key player for the Plant's growth from Cultural, Technology and Operational Excellence perspective.As Module Solutions Manufacturing Engineer, you will be:Supporting during the early stage of the project on budgeting and risk review.Leading Constructability review; Designing and Releasing fabrication, construction and general operations specifications.Developing and implementing the methods, the procedures and the Manufacturing cycles for execution. All designed for Safety & for Quality.Leading Continuous improvement and digital growth initiatives at a Plant level, being fully involved on broader initiatives at Turbomachinery Manufacturing Level.Driving and Implementing Lessons Learned at project and product level.Managing and fixing production non conformities or Issues might occur.Promoting a Culture of interdependence on HSE and Quality and ensuring the full compliance to standards and policies.Defining and monitoring performance management KPI's to ensure all the operational objectives are met, seeking and securing opportunities for cost savings. Supporting on New Product Development and New Energy Solution project at Turbomachinery level, leading their deployment within the PlantCollaborating with Schools/Universities in the view of talent development and technology growthEnhancing the overall Product QualityFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have a BSc Engineering from an accredited university or a Technical education and background with demonstrated experience in Manufacturing or Field environmentHave a high consciousness of Health, Safety and Environmental practices.Display an ability to analyse problems, identify root causes and provide efficient solutionsDemonstrate the ability to work effectively across functions in a global-matrix environmentIndustry 4.0 familiarity & mindsetBe fluent both in English and Italian and hold an EU work permitWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
