Pramac, part of the world's leading gas generator and third largest diesel generator manufacturer, is looking for a Manufacturing Engineering Manager.The Manufacturing Engineering Manager is a business partner providing leadership to ensure ongoing process improvement initiatives that deliver excellence across entire value chain. Responsible for leading and implementing the that drive Speed-to-Scale Efficiency and Reduce Expenses related to Non-Value Added activities.Overall responsibility for coordinating and leading lean and engineering resources and employees located in factories in China, India, Italy, Spain, Mexico to meet or exceed company business objectives. The Manufacturing Engineering Manager will utilize enterprise standards to support a demand driven philosophy and approach across the entire value chain. Ensure ongoing success of process improvement initiatives by implementing policies, procedures and process documentation related to continuous improvement directives. Responsible for leading, coaching and developing a high performing team of Manufacturing Engineers. This position will need to work closely with cross-functional teams including EHS, Quality, Production, Maintenance, Supply Chain, IT, Procurement and R&D.Success in this role will be defined by the step function improvements and process capabilities for sustained excellence, together with a proven track of record of stable factories performances and their Bowler KPIs.
