Key accountabilitiesProspective and retrospective monitoring of compliance with rules and with national and European law and applicable regulationMonitor, alert, prevent and detect market manipulations accordingly to the compliance policy the defined processEnsure an efficient incident management by tracking resolution of bugs linked to incidents, working postmortem, handling market status communicationLiaison with Authorities with reference to STOR, AML and special market situationsReal time and ex post monitoring of liquidity provision obligationsDevelopment and maintenance of algorithms and tools for pattern detection and market management - including BOT and other computer aided market control actionsResponsible for the entire onboarding procedure of new membersEnsure the running of core business processes on a day-to-day basis by proactively identifying issues, executing resolutions, and implementing process improvements related to post trade processesYour profileAdvanced knowledge of trading venues rule books, trading system parameters and technical mechanisms
Detailed knowledge of applicable European regulation (MiFIR, MiFID, MAR) and respective application to trading venues
Significant previous experience in internal audit or other similar corporate functions (e.g., risk / compliance)
Strong analytical and organization skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Proven team leadership and management skills
