As our future Assistant Brand Manager , you will be the brand manager's right-hand person. You will support the marketing brand managers in implementing all BTL activation plans, and digital activities/initiatives (both Family Care). You will report to Marketing Team Leader and will be an individual contributor (no direct reports).
Here are just a few of your Key Accountabilities : First, you will provide support in the execution of annual marketing plan with specific focus on:
POS material and consumer gifts: manage the full process from the agency selection to the delivery of the material, working with procurement and respective BM
Consumer contest: manage the full process from the agency selection to the end of the contest, working with internal IT department, procurement, and BM
Trade leaflet artwork: manage sales request for online and off-line trade leaflet with ad hoc artwork, working with external artwork agency
Support BM in new product/artwork re-fresh internal process
You will also be the Key Merchandisers point of contact for: POS material, planogram, Quarterly TGT definition together with brand managers and DPSM leader.
You will cultivate close collaborative relationships with BM, sales, and category managers to ensure the implementations of the plans
Last, you will manage relationships with agency networks (BTL, POS Development, Digital, etc.)
About you You already have a minimum Bachelor level, preferred in economics or business administration or similar and are currently doing your 2nd and last year of Marketing or Business school Master's degree. You are also looking for a full six months, full time internship. You have a good practical knowledge of Microsoft Office (Powerpoint and Excel).
You are also fluent in both Italian & English. Please submit your resume in English only. Last, You have the ability to build relationship across multifunctional areas, and have communication and digital skills.
