DESCRIPTION:
We're seeking a marketing manager experienced primarily with creator or influencer engagements, affiliate-specific experience is a plus. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with enterprise brands and owning an important component of their partnership programs.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Primarily focused on Creator and Influencer work with functional knowledge of affiliate marketing as an added bonus Manages and mentors smaller team of associates and specialists – acting as a positive role model through example and demonstrating leadership by motivating team members to Be The Good Accountable for setting and delivering against team's consistent, high-quality execution, encouraging learning through action and avoiding repeat mistakes Provides recommendations that help with client's business growth challenges (e.g. budget allocation and optimization, campaign brief guidance, holistic content as UGC optimization, etc.) Constantly seeks out opportunities to grow and improve the account as well as upsell and cross-sell channels Compiles and analyzes data, reports, and summarizes information with impeccable accuracy Pro-actively solves and develops solutions for complex ideas and campaign strategies while promoting an environment where individuals are encouraged to be curious Utilizes deep knowledge of professional concepts and digital marketing methodologies Owning client relationship for SMEs, channel ownership for enterprise clients Operates with increasing independence, with limited oversight from manager, director level Proficient with building trust-based partnerships with client teams and influencer partners Proficient with influencer portals, campaign brief creation, influencer sourcing, communication and measurement Able to independently and proactively drive strategy Focused on solving more complex business problems outside of day to day execution REQUIREMENTS: 4-year degree or equivalent experience 3+ years of Influencer Marketing experience; focus on fashion a plus Hands-on experience managing paid and organic influencer campaigns Served as a steward internally and externally; proven success in maintaining effective client relationships at all levels Ability to articulate complex ideas effectively and persuasively in speech and in writing Can adapt communication approach and navigate various audiences, styles, and cultural nuances Strong presentation skills to audiences and clients of varying sizes and levels Agile, committed, flexible, and comfortable with ambiguity Established track record of analytical ability to interpret data and insights, identify trends and recommendations; working knowledge of statistics and probability Self-starter, independent, quick and continuous learner Ability to work effectively in core teams and collaborate cross-functionally with adjacent teams BENEFITS: Medical, Dental, Vision, Short/Long-Term Disability, Life/AD&D 401k - Employer match HSA - Employer contributes Flexible Vacation & PTO plan Paid Maternity / Paternity Paid Holidays Remote/Flex day schedule Laid back office environment Salary Range:$85,000 - $100,000The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired.
