Career Opportunities: Manager, Marketing & Market Access Italy (1802)The candidate will be responsible of the execution of marketing plans related to the product portfolio in the assigned geographical area and she/he carry out the following activities:Responsibilities - Support the Regional Marketing Manager in the arrangement of marketing plans for the assigned geographical area - Implement the marketing plans in the assigned geographical area, under the coordination of the Regional Marketing Manager and collaborating with the local Commercial team, ensuring their execution in line with agreed guidelines. - Perform market analyses, if required by the local Commercial team or by the Regional Marketing Manager, to support in the identification of potential opportunities in the assigned are of responsibility - Collaborate with all local Commercial teams within the assigned region, to ensure synergies across all countries in the region. - Ensure local distributors of the assigned geographical area are well informed and updated with the characteristics and the new formulations of the products. - Support the review of market data for the assigned area, actively participating to the meetings aimed to assess activities and reviewing business strategy. - Collaborate in performing economic analysis concerning profitability (prices, volumes, costs) of products in the markets of the assigned geographical area. - In collaboration with the Regional Marketing Manager and the local distributors, perform the set-up and the implementation of advertising and promotional activities within the assigned geographical area. Work closely with the sales representatives in the area, providing the material defined at the corporate level, adapting it to local needs. - Support the Regional Marketing Manager in the monthly check of the results of the commercial activity in the assigned geographical area, preparing reports with monthly results, and trends analyzing the data and illustrating the marketing activities carried out. - Contribute to the strengthening of the Company reputation and to spread Vision, Values and Corporate Identity, supporting the Regional Marketing Manager and local Commercial leadership in the effective management of relations with Key Opinion Leaders within the assigned geographical area. - In line with the Corporate Identity of the Company, arrange and manage Kedrion's participation to congresses in the assigned geographical area,, and implement media campaigns (advertising, brochures, websites, etc.), as requiredRequirement: - Master Degree: Scientific, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing - Strong interpersonal skills - Ability to negotiate - Fluent English - Previous experience 3-5+ years#J-18808-Ljbffr
