Join Starhotels and become part of our Hotel Splendid Venice, in the heart of Venice.As a Marketing Manager for our North East properties you are a brilliant mind who enjoys creating charming contents and coordinating all kind of marketing activities for our Hotels.Your responsibilities include: Management of the Hotel Budget for our north east properties regarding Marketing activities/initiatives. Work closely and coordinate with the Headquarter Marketing Team regarding all the activities/initiatives. Support the General Managers of our north east properties in managing relationships with local institutions/organizations to which each Hotel is linked. Direct management of influencers, press/journalists in the Hotels, coordination of press trips and influencer trips. Develop a customized program for national and international journalists, influencers, correspondents and local press. Organization (planning and coordination) of photo and video shoots, management of sponsorship requests and local partnerships. Updating and managing the website and platforms with new content, photos, videos and promotions. Coordination of content development and editorial plan for the Hotels social channels. Coordination of strategic activities for sponsored social media campaigns. Local press management (e.g., publishing hotel events, managing relationships with local press, sharing initiatives/press releases, event invitations); Creation of an in-house calendar of events; Enhancement, in collaboration with the Director of Luxury Sales, of Marketing & Communication opportunities with 'The Leading Hotels of the World', travel agencies and luxury operators (Luxury Travel Networks); Define the communication plan and calendar of events in collaboration with the partners identified for SPA and Food & Beverage management;Exceed expectations revealing: A unique personality and a true passion for hospitality. Strong knowledge of the local area. Proven experience in the role. Relevant qualifications in Journalism Studies, Public Relations or Communications are a plus. Excellent writing and communication skills. Proven social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge. Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels. Knowledge of the most popular social media platforms. Knowledge of luxury travel bloggers and influencers.
