Media Controller - Extracurricular Internship

Job Description Your to do list : Support the activities related to the advertising spend invoicing, between the Media Controller team and local Media Agencies; Develop and maintain Weekly/Monthly Reporting on media campaigns both for internal and Intercompany purpose; Support in monitoring the accurate and on time updating of Media campaigns invoicing systems; Assist in creating policies and procedures to ensure proper alignment among Local Media Agencies, Trading, Administration and Finance Dept; Support in the Monthly closing related to the Trading spend activities; Publicis Media is looking for a   Media Controller Intern for its Milan office! Qualifications If in your  past experience : Master Degree in Business Administration or Finance Good knowledge of Excel Great  analytical thinking  skills Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken) If  you  are: Detail-oriented Organized and multi-tasking Attentive to an high quality and accurate work Able to communicate effectively with colleagues from various teams Able to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines, and balance multiple priorities Passionate for numerical analysis.
