Its ultimate purpose is to deliver relevant IT, financial and HR business services to all business areas within the company.The Project Manager is responsible for the overall management of a combined SAP and MES roll-out project including an important IT infrastructure component for the MES part. He is responsible for defining, planning, tracking, and managing the project, for identifying and managing key resources and for providing the direction they require in order to meet the project objectives. He carries overall responsibility for the successful deployment of the ERP solution into business locations throughout Europe. The project manager is responsible to manage all phases of the project: preparation, fit/gap, design, configuration and development, testing, training, cut-over and hyper-care. The Project manager is accountable to the Project /Program Management Board for timely, accurate, transparent and objective status reporting relating to project planning, project execution (including data migration), resource management, budgeting, forecasting, risks and issues .Responsibilities:Ensure that all project goals / milestones are accomplished on time / on budget.Manage and drive 4 teams (SAP, MES, Infrastructure and Data Migration) towards achieving set goals and objectives.
