Our product can be called as No-Code, Low-Code, and code generator. It's being powered by Generative AI, and by using our product, we can develop software much faster. It's under development with lots of challenges, but the number of applications developed with our product is increasing. In fact, there is a case where a mobile application was developed about 10 times faster than usual. Job Overview As our business continues its upward trajectory, we are in the process of expanding our Quality Assurance (QA) team to accommodate the growing demands of testing various client projects—a key factor in driving our profitability. This expansion necessitates the inclusion of skilled middle-level QA engineers who can actively collaborate with our talented team, contributing their expertise to our projects. Middle-level QA candidates in this role will operate with varying degrees of supervision, possessing a solid foundation of fundamental domain knowledge. They are expected to adeptly execute a spectrum of tasks within their specialized field and play a role in addressing routine issues as they arise. These individuals are integral to ensuring the smooth execution and quality of our testing processes, thereby supporting our overarching business objectives. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive testing of software applications to ensure high-quality standards and adherence to specifications. Identify and uncover issues in the early stages of development. Reproduce issues from production and track until closure. Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate new features and functionalities. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritise, and report issues, ensuring timely resolution. Perform regression testing and participate in the continuous improvement of QA processes. Document test results, track defects, and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders. Work on multiple projects and teams. Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies. Capabilities Show fundamental and practical knowledge within your area of expertise. As a Middle QA Engineer, capable of create detailed test cases, perform end-to-end testing, and conduct ad-hoc testing to ensure specific quality benchmarks within agreed-upon timelines, with or without explicit guidance. Have good communication skills to talk effectively with the project team. Learn new information when it's explained clearly and use it well. Support your teammates by offering reviews, feedback, and guidance during onboarding as required if necessary. Main requirements Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 2+ years of proven experience in quality assurance, software testing, or a similar role. Expertise in testing methodologies, the formulation of test cases, and the execution of tests. Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail. Proficient in English at a business level, demonstrating effective communication skills for professional interactions and collaborations. Strong motivation to utilise AI technology. Ability to prepare remote work environment where you can focus on your work with stable internet provide.
