Middle Backend Engineer

As a Backend Engineer you will be part of our development teams which are introducing the last generation of technologies such that Sky contents are the best on the web, providing to our customers the best experience.
You will be part of an Agile team, product focused, with the goal of having Sky Web sites working at their best, by focusing on user experience and performance best practices.

Key Responsibilities: Enhancing and supporting a build framework for deploying applicationsDriving best technology and software development practices into the team with passion and enthusiasmEnsuring continuous improvement within the teamRequirements: Good knowledge of Web development and principles;Good knowledge of the principal design patterns;Experience in Cloud development using AWS;Knowledge of the serverless approach for Cloud development;Experience with REST and GraphQL services;Experience with testing and test automation (unit, integration, e2e);Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines;Experience with an enterprise CMS development;Knowledge of any of the following areas is a plus: SEO and analytics principles, Adobe AEM, frontend framework such as REACT.Soft Skills: Self-organized, team player, proactive personality;Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with immediate team members, other IT areas, and clients in other departments;Ability to adapt to the team needs and quickly shifting priorities.A JOB YOU LOVE TO TALK ABOUT
