For more information,click here.What You Will DoThe Process Improvement Engineer will deal with Mixing and Dispensing of Liquid production efficiency improvements.Key Responsibilities·Identifies improvement opportunities and lead process and technical solutions, tracking performance and analyzing deviations, proposing and implementing solutions in comprehensive continuous improvement attitude; ·Implements and sustains lean manufacturing methodologies (ex. World Class Manufacturing, TPM, TPS, Continuous improvement) and acts like an accelerator on deployment of cost saving, automation and waste elimination activities.·Identify and implement control systems and the key performance indicators (KPIs), leads kaizen groups and action plans; ·Plans and conducts activities related to the development of new processes including researching current and emerging technologies, evaluating process cost, quality and capability improvements.·Develop and co-develop effective, high quality, high performance processes and design guidelines for new product and/or technical solutions and improvements performing equipment, material and processes evaluation; ·Implements equipment, materials, and process performance improvements cooperating with technical stakeholders.·Edits and publishes process documentation and training materials for processes, materials and equipment.QualificationsWhat We Are Looking ForRequired Qualifications·Master's degree in technical Engineering (ex. Mechanical, Chemical, Automation, etc.)·Proven knowledge in Lean Manufacturing and passion for production improvement and seven wastes elimination:·Six Sigma / 5S methodology is highly recommended.·Fluency in English (intermediate); ·A previous experience in a big scale, lean manufacturing Consumer and/or Alimentary production site is preferred.Personal attitudes·Has good leadership and team building attitudes supported by technical skills.
