Job summary Our GNSS team is looking for a Navigation Software Engineer to join the company in the Turin's office and take responsibility for the design, development, and test of navigation algorithms to be embedded in new GNSS-based products. This is opportunity is addressed to engineers with a background on Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electronics, or equivalent scientific background. Duties The selected candidate will be included in the GNSS team and will be part of a multidisciplinary team with experience on GNSS, Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGA) and software developments. The selected candidate will take the following responsibilities: Analysis of features of embedded digital systems and architectures to host navigation algorithms. Definition of requirements, design, modeling, and simulation of algorithms in Matlab/Simulink. Software design, coding, and test in C language.Support to the definition of test plans, execution of test campaigns and analysis of results.Generation of SW documentation related to design, implementation, and test activities. Skills and experienceMaster's degree in Computer, or Electronic, or Communications Engineering. Knowledge of digital signal processing fundamentals.Good knowledge of integrated digital systems and related architectures.Consolidated knowledge in the use of modeling tools such as Matlab/Simulink. Consolidated knowledge of C language and ability to code. Able to work autonomously and/or in team. Attitude to problem solving and to achieve results within time and cost constraints. Good knowledge of English in writing and speaking (the knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
