This New Business Developer (NBD) Italy job role sits within our Kimberly Clark Professional (KCP) Team. Kimberly Clark Professional delivers leading-edge hygiene and cleaning solutions for the workplace and washroom with well-known brands such as Kleenex, Scott, WypAll, Kimtech and KleenGuard This role hunts and acquires new end-users to grow K-C's business through the utilization of end-user marketing insights and prospects. Key Role Accountabilities: Leverages Business Intelligence/ Market Insights to develop pipeline to target and engage customers to drive market penetration.
Partners with Sales Development Manager to turn qualified leads into revenue generating new business.
Develops and manages new business quickly for hand off to Key Account Managers to nurture and expand the business.
Collaborates with the Key Account Managers to leverage existing experience/networking on key target segments to further utilize with new end-users.
Collaborates with DAMs and Channel partners to initiate / build relationship with the prospective end customers.
Brings insights from customer meetings to inform the customer journey, product/ innovation roadmap and marketing programs.
Embraces digital technology (video, social media, eCommerce) to identify leads and business opportunities.
Job Requirements: Degree-level educated or equivalent.
Professional experience: 5+ experience in End User facing Selling (hunting) of Large End-Users.
Languages: Fluent English and Italian.
Functional Skills: In depth digital Selling, pricing strategy, expert in pipeline management.
Competencies: Expert in Negotiation, reasonable customer planning & strategy, business acumen. Demonstrates agility adapting to new situations quickly, relationship oriented, resiliency, proactivity. Active learning and active listening.
