Requirements: - At least two years' experience in the role, gained at 4 and 5* hotels - Fluent knowledge of the Italian and English language; the knowledge of a third language will be considered a plus; - Knowledge of the Opera system or other hotel software - Team working ability and excellent interpersonal skills It also requires passion, energy, attitude to smile, perseverance, desire to grow professionally and sense of elegance.
