The candidate must have previous experience in the same role for at least 1 year, be fluent in English and in one other language. Strong Guest Relations skills are required in order to better represent the characteristics of the Chapter brand as well as the basic knowledge of accounting for the correct management of billing. He/she is responsible for the overnight audit process and accounting functions such as daily reporting of revenues and accounts payables, transaction audits and verifications, and preparation of final statements for the next day's check-outs.
