Onboarding Manager Marketplace (m/w/d) Italy You play a crucial role in connecting sellers and growing our marketplace. We have been online with the marketplace since 2021, making us the first marketplace in the health sector. And we want to keep growing! Be part of it! You can work hybrid . Your tasks You will support our partners in Italy with the technical onboarding on our e-commerce platform. You will support and train the partners in setting up their accounts in the system and uploading their product portfolio You monitor all technical processes and make sure that everything is working properly, e.g. that the products are visible on the website and that the orders are transferred You are the direct contact person for technical questions during onboarding and beyond You are the link between partners and internal departments, especially acquisition and IT. You support the optimization of processes in onboarding and customer support Your profile You are fluent in written and spoken Italian. You have successfully completed a degree or technical training in the field of business, IT systems or e-commerce. You have experience in the onboarding/customer area, in technical support or (IT) consulting You ideally have knowledge in the e-commerce environment You have very good time management skills You are a good communicator and have strong social and intercultural skills You are clever, proactive and have a knack for solving difficult situations You are familiar with software systems and new technologies and enjoy working with data Good written and spoken English round off your profile Your benefits: Meal vouchers: from 7 euros for each day of work Onboarding : We make sure you feel comfortable with us from day one.
