Job Description Summary: For our company Renantis Solutions, that is aimed at the provision of services aligned with customer requirements whilst also guaranteeing protection of the environment, we are looking for an Operation and Maintenance Manager to enter our Operations Team. Job Description: Key responsibilities: You will manage the operations of renewable energy production plants;
You will be responsible for the management and monitoring of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance plans and activities of the plants;
You will be responsible for the management and monitoring of suppliers and external consultants operating in the O&M area;
You will manage relations with the electricity grid operator (ENEL) during the operation phase;
You will be in charge of the management of the remote supervision system of the plants;
You will collaborate and support in the performance engineering activities of the plants;
You will be responsible for the collection and processing of production data, KPI calculation, drafting and optimization of periodic performance reports;
The management of any claims related to guarantees and insurance policies;
You will collaborate and support in the management of emergency response plans and activities;
You will collaborate and support in the management of HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) plans and activities;
Coordination, inspection and supervision of works at the renewable energy production plants.
Key requirements: At least 5 years' experience in a similar role in the Energy sector or in another plant/infrastructure sector;
Aptitude in data processing and KPI calculation, production and reporting optimization;
Proactivity, flexibility, autonomy, enthusiasm and the desire to share a dynamic and challenging project.
Willing to travel frequently and stay on site.
Studies: Technical Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
