We are looking for a Operational Excellence Manager to join our International Markets, Retail and International Key Account Department.The mission of Operational Excellence Manager is to be the face of the brand in the region, enabling local Quality Supervisors and Brand Ambassadors to deliver the highest quality in the cup, by imparting trainings in coffee culture and conducting market visits as required by the business' operational plans and the growth strategy of the region.What will you do as an Operational Excellence Manager:Identify training and development needs to build or strengthen coffee culture of internal and external stakeholders, training of staff involved of our partners in the region.Collaborate with Università del Caffè (A centre of excellence created by illycaffè to spread the culture of quality coffee all over the world) to define training programs and content for internal and external stakeholders.Support in training our partners' HORECA customers' staff when necessary.Support in presenting new products and new HORECA orientated solutions to distribution partners and trade.Responsible for customer engagement programs for distributors and HORECA customers when visiting Trieste.Track and report key competitor activity in HORECA across markets.Identify best practices at market level and disseminate a culture of sharing among partners.Propose and implement initiatives to track quality-on-cup across markets, propose, develop, and follow up on quality-on-cup action plans in line with marketing and commercial priorities.Identify and report current and emerging trends in coffee culture/consumption across countries in the region on a quarterly basis.Your Requirements:Ability to develop and implement coffee quality control programs.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address quality issues.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with partners and disseminate company culture.Proficient in data analysis and reporting to track quality metrics and performance.Familiarity with coffee production processes and supply chain management.Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS office and coffee-related too.Availability for frequent foreign travel.illycaffè as B-Corp is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace generating positive effects for the environment, for the community and for people. #J-18808-Ljbffr
