For a Premium International Education Company, we're looking for aOperations ManagerYou will be reporting to the Head of Operations and Purchasing and directly responsible for the following: Main dutiesDirecting the operations of the buildings of the group present in Italy, in compliance with the company policiesCoordinating a team of 3 operations officers working in the buildingsOrganising and supervising all the several internal and auxiliary services provided by the company (mailing, shipping, warehouse, security, canteen) in compliance with the internal clients' requests.Managing the general services providers (catering, cleaning, etc)Purchase planning of services and defining targets depending on the company needs.Coordinating the organisation of meetings and company events as well as extra- curricular activitiesCoordinating the providers activities, making sure they're compliant with the company standards.Writing, developing, and optimizing a monitoring system of the activities of the department.Writing, developing and optimizing a monitoring system of the providers' performances.Coordinating the extra maintenance activities, cooperating with the Facility TeamEnsuring a top-notch administrative management of the departmentActively participating in operations meeting and workshops for the improvement of the department performanceEvaluating the economical and financial impact of the activitiesDeveloping and taking care of a monitoring system of cost, depending on the assigned budgetEditing reports for the Finance departmentWhat we are looking for:Previous experience in same or similar roleGood communicator and natural leaderExcellent organisational skillsExcellent use of MS OfficeFluent in Italian and EnglishLocation: Milan, Italy #J-18808-Ljbffr
