What you will be doing:
• Available to work also during NIGHT SHIFT (from 16:30 to 00:30 or from 23:30 to 07:15)

• Supervising a team of operatives
• Making sure all team members are motivated and treated fairly and consistently
• Planning and taking action to achieve service levels targets
• Educating your team on business goals and service objectives
• Making sure your team follows safe, secure and operationally compliant working practices during the shift
•Fluency in English language is mandatory What do you bring with you:
• Experience in managing a shift and team in a busy freight processing environment is desirable
• Ability to manage own and teams time effectively with attention to detail
• Be energetic and enthusiastic

Supports manager by taking supervisory responsibility for day-to-day coordination of team activities. Ensuring that processes and procedures are completed promptly and consistently and that team activities are in line with company goals and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities: Ensure team motivation.Ensure employees are treated consistently and fairly.Ensure that safe, secure and operationally compliant working practices are adhered to during the shift.The ideal candidate will have:
