Alpha Employment is searching for Specialist and Consultant level Doctors for permanent positions in Sweden . We are looking for 2 dynamic Ophthalmologist to work in an eye clinic. The largest volumes for the clinic are diagnostics and treatment of cataracts and cataracts, treatment of macular degeneration, diabetic changes, and eye diseases in children.the clinic has a care place at the hospital for inpatients. About the job: The assignment includes everything from emergency on-call patients to scheduled patient reception, laser treatments, anti VeGf activity patients with diseases such as glaucoma, macular diseases, diabetes, pediatric ophthalmology and more. You work closely with the rest of the team to provide the best possible treatment results for our patients. Competencies particularly important for the job: A doctor in this position needs to be service-oriented, committed, good at collaborating and have a positive attitude where patient care and treatment come first. The doctor also needs to be structured and be good at planning while the position demands flexibility. Knowledge in medical retina and/or pediatric ophthalmology is desirable. If there is a lack of competence in certain areas, competence development is offered based on the needs of the business.
