You will be joining a team of highly skilled marketers whilst collaborating with other departments such as Design, Product and Data. You will be responsible for taking growth from paid social and display channels to new levels, focussing on account optimisation, high quality creative production and testing as well as advanced measurement at international level.AS A PAID SOCIAL AND DISPLAY MANAGER YOU WILL:Responsible for building, scaling and optimizing a data-driven paid social and display strategy across META, Tik Tok, Criteo,Google, etc.Responsible for hitting patients and therapists growth targets, deploying a sizable budget, within healthy unit economics.Analyze performance and user behavior, to derive marketing decisions and make recommendations to a number of stakeholders ie, regional marketing leaders, design, product with the objective to constantly improve performance.Provide regular performance reports and ad-hoc channel analysis, including weekly and quarterly reportingsBring a strong experimentation mindset to drive incremental business impact, with strong knowledge of A/B testing and conversion lift products.This role will report to the Head of Paid Media.?
