Making it safer, cleaner and more efficient for people and the planet.Partner with the bestThe Parts KPI Program Manager will collaborate across departments, optimize customer satisfaction through data analysis and initiatives.As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for:Leading initiatives with Brilliant Parts, Finance, Regions, and Supply Chain to improve customer satisfaction.Building quarter-end estimates and driving corrective actions for variances.Creating a long term tracking model, collaborating with regional teams, and holding Regions accountable for visibility and improvement.Leading LD initiatives to minimize CoQ (Cost of Quality) impact.Driving simplification and improvement initiatives for better operational performance and cost savings.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have a bachelor's in Information Technology, Engineering, Management Engineering, or related field.Have at least 3 years experience in Materials Management, ERP, and/or Project Implementations.Have exceptional analytical, communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.Be proficient in project management, consulting, and cross-functional team collaboration.Have an understanding of materials processes, oracle applications, and proficiency in MS Office.Work in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
