Plc Programmer (Junior)

FICEP SPA, leading company in the engineering sector, is looking for personnel to expand its staff in thedesign areain its Headquarters in Gazzada Schianno (Varese):The ideal resource will be placed within the machines and system designing technical department and will be responsible for the development and maintenance of PLC software for machines and automatic lines produced by FICEP SPA.In particular, he will be responsible for the following activities:Product development, both of existing types and of new ranges of machines and associated componentsDetection and resolution of errors and malfunctions on installed machines (bug-solving activities)Supporting Production and Service in terms of training and troubleshootingCreation and updating of software operating specifications and related documentation activities with the mechanical, electrical and HMI software design teamIntegration of machines with external automation systems, specifically validation and subsequent integration of new devices (drives, I/O) and validation of new custom functions requested by FICEP customers.Skills/knowledge:Good knowledge of programming languages and basic knowledge of pneumatics and mechanics required.Experience in the use and parameterization of automation hardware devices (I/O, motion control, inverters) and fieldbuses (in particular Ca-nOpen and/or Ethercat) and knowledge of Siemens / Fanuc PLCs is desirable.Knowledge of the English language (minimum level B1/B2)RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Mechatronic, Automation or Robotics Engineering. Alternatively in Electrical Engineering.Details of the offer:Working hours: Full-time on a daily basis from Monday to Friday.
