Today Pomellato is a global luxury jewellery brand with over 60 flagship boutiques and corners around the world.Your opportunityWe are currently looking for an highly motivated and experienced Grand Vendeur to join our team based in Milan – Via San Pietro all'Orto and contribute to our continued growth and success.How you will contributeSales and Client Relationship Management:Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.Act as a brand ambassador, showcasing in-depth knowledge of the company's products and history.Guide clients through the selection process, offering personalized advice and styling expertise.Achieve Sales Targets:Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through effective product knowledge, upselling, and cross-selling.Proactively identify opportunities for sales growth and implement strategies to drive revenue.Product Knowledge and Training:Stay updated on the latest jewellery trends, industry news, and competitor products.Event Participation:Represent the brand at exclusive events, launches, and promotions to attract new clients and strengthen existing relationships.Actively contribute to the planning and execution of in-store events.Operational Excellence:Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, inventory, and customer information.Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience.Qualifications:Experience:Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in the jewellery industry.Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Product Knowledge:Deep understanding of gemstones, metals, and jewellery craftsmanship.Ability to communicate the unique features and benefits of each product.Customer Focus:Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Team Collaboration:Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Willingness to mentor and support junior team members.Languages:Proficiency in English and Italian; additional languages are a plusSeasonal (Fixed Term) (Seasonal)Sales_Omni_ChannelEurope - Italy - VENEZIA#J-18808-Ljbffr
