He/She will play a crucial role in supporting the back-office activities of the image production team. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for the luxury fashion industry to grow within a prestigious brand.
Your Opportunity Image Processing: Assist in the organization and processing of product images, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
Collaborate with the image production team to maintain consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
Data Management: Use Excel and other tools to manage and organize data related to image production.
Support in maintaining accurate records of image files, specifications, and other relevant information.
Back Office Support: Provide administrative support to the image production team, including file management, scheduling, and communication.
Assist in coordinating tasks and activities to ensure timely project delivery.
Quality Control: Work closely with the team to conduct quality control checks on images to identify and address any issues.
Communicate effectively with the team to resolve discrepancies and maintain high standards.
Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments, including marketing and e-commerce, to ensure alignment on image production goals.
Assist in communicating image specifications and requirements to relevant stakeholders.
Who you are Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Communications, or similar)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
Enthusiastic about the luxury fashion and jewelry industry
Fluent in English and Italian
Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a collaborative team environment
Previous experience or internships in a similar role is a plus
