This role provides hands-on experience in the luxury goods industry and exposure to various aspects of learning and development initiatives within a global brand.Your opportunityCollaborate with the Learning & Development team to organize and coordinate training sessions and workshopsCoordinate logistics for training events, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and participant communications Support initiatives and learning events, such as the On Boarding and the Pomellato Experience ProjectsAssist in the feedback analysis and the assessment of the effectiveness of training programsTracking and recording training courses data on Excel and company toolsWho you arePursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or related fieldStrong organizational and project management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially in ExcelAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmenPassion for learning and development within the luxury goods industryFamiliarity with e-learning tools and platformsJob TypeStudent (Fixed Term) (Trainee)Start Date2024-04-01ScheduleFull timeOrganizationPOMELLATO S.P.A.
