Pomellato is part of Kering, a global luxury group, managing the development of a series of renowned houses in the sectors of fashion, leather goods, jewellery and watches.We are currently looking for a Packaging Planning Specialist.How you will contributeYou will join the Production & Planning area and will be in charge of oversee all aspects of packaging management:collaborate with the Trade Marketing team to develop new packaging designs and explore new and more sustainable solutions and materials;work closely with Demand Planning team to estimate packaging requirements, including quantities and assortments, ensuring optimal inventory levels in central and local warehouses;manage suppliers orders for packaging materials, track deliveries and solve any issue to ensure timely receipt of goods;quantify and coordinate the distribution of packaging to the point of sales in collaboration with Logistics and Customer Service teams;monitor packaging inventory levels and implement efficient replenishment strategies;manage packaging data and maintain all the related technical documentation (technical drawings, sustainability certifications, material quality tests);support Production & Planning office in monitoring stock levels of finished products, production orders allocations, deliveries and returns.Who you areMaster's degree in Economics, Management Engineering or a related field;At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position;Strong analytical and problem solving skills;Good communication and interpersonal skills;Positive and proactive attitude;Ability to work in fast pace and international company;Proficient in Excel; good knowledge of the Office package;Experience in Stealth ERP is an extra appreciated;Fluent in English.Job TypeRegularStart Date2024-07-01ScheduleFull timeOrganizationPOMELLATO S.P.A.
