PalmPay is a Fintech company seeking a highly motivated and skilled POS Social Media Marketing Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns that promote our Point of Sale (POS) products on social media platforms. The candidate will also be responsible for analyzing data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and making recommendations for improvement.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute creative and engaging social media marketing campaigns for the Point of Sale (POS) products.Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with our brand's overall marketing strategy.Manage social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.Develop and maintain a content calendar that is aligned with our marketing strategy and reflects industry trends and best practices.Create and curate content, including text, images, and videos, that promotes our POS products, drives engagement, and builds brand awareness.Use social media management tools to schedule and publish content and monitor social media analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.Analyze social media performance data to identify trends, track KPIs, and make recommendations for improvement.Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices and share insights with the marketing team to inform the development of new campaigns.Respond to customer inquiries and complaints on social media channels in a timely and professional manner. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.2+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in the Fintech industry.Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.Excellent communication skills, including the ability to write compelling copy and create engaging visual content.Strong analytical skills and experience using social media management tools and analytics platforms.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.A passion for social media marketing and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.Experience working with Point of Sale (POS) products is a plus.
