Rif.: PR-W-MVPR and Communication ManagerJob Description: Our client, a young Italian company operating in the aspirational luxury market, with a strong growth in the global marketing, is currently looking for: PR and Communication Manager He/She will report to the Creative Director.Scope of the positionThe resource will be responsible for leading the company's communication strategy and building the brand reputation through traditional and digital communication channels.Main Responsibilities:Creation and implementation of communication strategies to increase brand visibility in line with company objectives by coordinating external press offices Coordinate the planning, implementation, and analysis of 360 degree communication and marketing campaigns by coordinating and managing both the internal team and external stakeholders Manage the brand's public relations activities, including events, press presentations, product launches, and other promotional activitiesManage the brand's reputation through traditional and digital communication channels, including social media, public relations, events, marketing, and internal communicationPlan and manage gifting activities for celebrities and influencersBuild relationships with media, influencers, industry experts, and high-profile partners to maximize brand visibility and reputationMonitoring and analysis of results of communication activities, using data to continuously improve the company's communication strategy.Maintain a high level of awareness of industry trends and developments, as well as new technologies and emerging communication opportunitiesRequirements: Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing or a related field5 years of experience in communication roles in luxury industry companiesExperience in managing relationships with media, influencers, and luxury industry partnersKnowledge of the major trends and developments in the luxury industry and ability to quickly adapt to market changesDeep knowledge of the luxury industryStrong passion for communicationAbility to coordinate complex projectsFluent in EnglishLocation: MilanInterested people should send a detailed Curriculum Vitae, with the necessary written consent to holding their personal dataThis company is an equal opportunities employer.
